Theo is starting to overcome his shock and confusion at losing his beloved.

Another farewell but also a welcome.

Today we said goodbye to Sophie who had joined us with her partner Barry. We had to have him put to sleep because he had a massive abscess and tumour.  She then lived with Theo who adored her.  She had developed pneumonia some months ago which she managed to live with until things took a turn for the worse within the last 24 hours.  She is now at peace with her beloved Baz.

 

 

 

We welcome Millie who has come to join us as a new partner for Theo.  Hopefully she will help him through his desolation and confusion about what has happened.

Time to say Goodbye.

Archie left us yesterday.  He had a heart murmur and last evening an embolism caused him to lose the use of his back legs. An emergency visit to the vet left us with no alternative other than to relieve his suffering.  We were very privileged that Archie wanted to come and share his life and time with us. He will be much missed...
